ABOUT US

The Insurance Store has been serving our neighbors in southwest Missouri for over 30 years.  The Insurance Store was founded by Gene Young, who opened Young Insurance in an office adjacent to his barber shop just east of the square in downtown Neosho.  The business began to grow, and soon Gene and Mitsie became full-time insurance agents, and moved into an office complex on the Neosho Boulevard, the current location, and the business became known as The Insurance Store.

Now owned and operated by their son, Mark Young, The Insurance Store remains fully committed to the community of Neosho, and the surrounding southwest Missouri area.  Our insurance professionals have deep roots in the area, and value the trusted relationships established with our clients.
